I Surrender to You Online Classes

Dear Reader,

I have officially finished my first week of online classes! I did it! I did it! I can totally get through the rest of the summer semester. I can’t slack though. I am shooting for an A+. I can do it though! I’m not sure exactly what else to talk about so I thought I’d start with my online experience thus far. The classes do take a lot of time.

Okay a few things I’ve learned about online classes over the past week…

  • READ. It is so important to read. There are some times when we can get a book and never read it but you can’t do that with onlines class (nor should you do it with any class but I know it happens).
  • BE ORGANIZED. Gosh, if you aren’t organized you are really going to struggle. You have to be aware of the due dates for so many things. It’s imporant to understand that organization should be a top priority.
  • CREATE A RELATIONSHIP WITH YOUR PROFESSOR. This is good to do with on-campus class professors as well. Although it might be even more important to develop some kind of relationship with your professor via email, telephone calls, or even personal visits if you are able.

If you are thinking about online classes just keep those three tips in mind and you’ll be a success. I wish you the best! I’m sure you can do it, just remember to stay on top of things and you’ll be just fine!

That’s all I have for you for now. Let me know if you have any interesting online class experiences or any tips you might have for me or other students?!
